My experience at the Broadway, Depew location was very pleasant. My wait time was under 2 minutes. The store was very neat & inviting. Steven, the gentleman that assisted me in shipping my package was so friendly & helpful. I needed to ship a package to a friend who lives in a high rise out of state & without a secure mailroom. I needed an alternate way for the package to get to them. Steven explained everything, answered my questions & went above & beyond to contact the out of state receiving location to alert them that the package will be coming to them for my friend to pick it up there. Thank you Steven!

AMAZING STORE!!! I am absolutely indebted to this UPS store. We dropped off two packages to this location and realized after closing that we had accidentally packed something extremely sentimental to my 6 year old, in one of the boxes. I called the store after hours and left a desperate message to see if they could help me, and they did! The manager/owner called me back AFTER CLOSING to assist me in retrieving my sentimental item. I couldn’t believe his generosity and kindness. He really went above and beyond for us and our family is extremely grateful. I am so thankful and impressed by their customer service!

TLDR: Absolutely fabulous, super hard-working staff, cannot speak highly enough about this location. The long story is: I know it doesn’t really mean a lot to talk about a shipping place like this, but there was a gentleman there working alone, and I came in to print something and he was nothing but patient with me. It broke my heart because he was the only person working, and there was a line basically out the door, but he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure that I was taken care of. Even with printing issues and computer glitches that were completely not his fault. He even apologized at the end that it took too long and it was a “bad experience”, but it was really so unbelievably fine, (a great experience really!) and I was happy to wait, because this gentleman was working so hard for everybody in the store. This guy is a very kind gentleman, and I wish I knew his name. I tried calling the store afterwards to thank him, but I will try and call again tomorrow just to make sure that he gets recognized for how incredibly hard he was working last night. I have an interview coming up and he made sure that I got the documents printed that I needed for this interview, and that really means a lot to me. He even took the time to put my documents in an envelope. This guy deserves recognition, and hopefully I will be able to contact his supervisor and tell that person how stellar and inspiring it was to see this gentleman handling an entire store alone with such kindness and compassion. Thank you!

Every time I'm in the store, which is very off, then. Every single employee is so nice and respectful. This is for the depew DNL plaza UPS store, it's small.But very Efficient. It was nice when they measured the height of my daughter on their giraffe, measuring stick hanging on the wall.

Walk in to this UPS Store location with your huge To Do list; Amazon returns, packages to ship, etc -- and be 100% confident it will all get done. Convenient location for Depew, Lancaster area. But what makes this location unique is the over-the-top, beyond-the-call excellent service. Friendly, welcoming staff go waaaaaay out of their way to be helpful. I love going to this location and really appreciate the help and work of the entire staff. None finer.

This UPS location in D&L Plaza, Depew NY has been my only store I've done business with for many years...It changed owners a few years ago but everyone who works there have been extremely friendly & helpful...I'm greeted with a "Hello" & happy people with smiles 😃 It's a pleasure knowing that when I have to use this location, my visit will be pleasant...

I moved to Buffalo in June 2025 and was looking for a PO Box of some sort. However, I preferred the UPS boxes over USPS because it's more flexible with packages and access. I shopped around and found that this UPS store was not only the most reasonably priced, but their Employees were the most friendly and knowledgeable. For Christmas, the owner/operators gave all box holders a Christmas card. Small touches like that really set a business apart, and it's a reminder that they treat their Employees and Customers like family. From notarization, passport photos, copies, mail, shipping, packing, and much more - I go out of my way for this location. I'd recommend this UPS store to anyone who appreciates great service from a kind and well-trained staff.

Everyone always professional and courteous. Greet you immediately when you come in the store and ask how they may help you. They have a very good knowledge of all the operations from shredding to shipping to questions about pricing for sizes of boxes. Great company always clean very little waiting. Good parking.
